Return Policy

To qualify for a return, you must meet and agree to the following criteria:

• Merchandise must be in original, sellable condition (Sorry, we cannot accept partial returns).
• Merchandise must be returned and received by us within 120 days of your order date.
• All returned merchandise not a result of factory error will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
• Your refund will be issued in the form of the original payment once the return has been received at Al-Cop.
• Please contact us first so we can generate an “RGA number” for you to include with your return. Failure to include your RGA number may result in a delay with your return.
• Please mail your return to the address listed on our contact page.

Al-Cop, LLC. products are guaranteed against faulty materials or workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase. Contact us for full warranty information.
